Publication director
The publication director is the legal representative of the publishing company, whose name appears in the identification details above.
They are answerable for the editorial content published on the website. Content submitted by users — questionnaire answers, uploaded files — remains the responsibility of those who provide it.
Hosting
The website and the data it processes are hosted by the provider identified below, on servers located within the European Union.
Questionnaires are analysed by an artificial intelligence running on that same infrastructure: children's answers are not sent to any third-party artificial intelligence service.

Intellectual property
The Studicap trade mark, its logo, its visual identity, the texts of the website, the structure and content of the questionnaires, the assessment methodology and the reports produced are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of the publisher or its partners.
Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, translation or extraction, in whole or in part, by any process and on any medium, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited and constitutes an infringement.
Access to the service does not transfer any rights. The user is granted a strictly personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use, limited to the duration of their access. The report delivered to the parent may be freely kept, printed and shared with the professionals supporting the child.
Personal data
The processing of data collected by the service is described in detail in the privacy policy: categories of data, purposes, legal bases, recipients, retention periods and how to exercise your rights.
The service processes data relating to minors. Such data benefits from reinforced safeguards: consent of the holder of parental responsibility, minimisation, encryption, and analysis carried out on infrastructure we control.
Cookies
The website sets no advertising cookies, no analytics trackers and no social network cookies. No prior consent is therefore required on that account.
Only strictly necessary cookies are used: keeping the session, protecting against request forgery, and remembering the chosen language. The detailed list appears in the privacy policy.
Liability
The publisher takes the greatest care over the accuracy of the information published on the website, but cannot guarantee that it is free from error or omission. It reserves the right to correct it at any time.
Access to the service may be suspended for maintenance, updates or events of force majeure. The publisher shall not be liable for damage resulting from an interruption, unavailability, loss of data attributable to the user, or use of the service that does not comply with these terms.
The report produced at the end of the questionnaire is a guidance document intended to inform parents. It is neither a medical diagnosis, nor a psychological assessment, nor a professional opinion replacing the judgement of a qualified practitioner.
Contact and reporting
Any question about the website, any request to correct published information and any report of unlawful content may be sent to the publisher's email address shown at the top of this page.
Reports are examined as quickly as possible. A reply is sent to the person reporting, provided they have supplied contact details.
